血清、尿液中小诺霉素的单扫描示波极谱测定

【摘要】 研究了在硼砂-氢氧化钠介质(pH值为12.0)中小诺霉素甲醛衍生物的极谱行为,并讨论了其电极过程。在最适条件下,小诺霉素浓度在2.0×10-7~4.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内与峰电流值呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9994。本法无需前处理即可用于血清、血浆、尿液、胃炎合剂、口腔溃疡液等实样中痕量小诺霉素测定。回收率均在90~110%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.2%。

【Abstract】 The polarographic behaviour of formal derivative of micronomicin (MCR) in the buffersolution of borax-sodium hydoxide (pH value is 12. 0) is studied and the mechanism of theelectrode process is also discussed. In the optimum conditions, the peak current increased linearly with the increase of MCR concentration in the range of 2. 0 ×10 -7 ~4.0×10- 5 mol/Land its related coefficient is 0. 999 4. This method has been applied in the determinations oftrace MCR in blood serum, blood plasma, urine, antigastritis agent and anticankersore agentwithout pretreatment. Its recovery ratr is 90% ~110% and the relative standard deviation isless than 4. 2%.
