【摘要】 对１２０例斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者用吡喹酮进行治疗，观察疗效。１２０例中皮下包块型７３例，胸肺型３０例，中枢神经型９例，其它型８例。用吡喹酮治疗，总剂量为１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，３ｄ分服。间隔２ｄ再服第２个疗程，治疗后３～６个月随访，１１２例患者症状和体征消失，８例好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients of paregonimiasis skrjabini were treated with praziquantel from 1986 to1994,and their therapeutic results were evaluated 3～6 months after treatment.There were 73 cases of subcutaneous mass type,30 cases of pleuro-pulminary type,9 cases of central nervous system type and 8 cases of other type in the patients.In one course,the praziquantel in a total dose of 100mg/kg was given within 3 days(t.i.d).After an interval of two days,the patients could be given an other course.3～6 months later,112 cases recovered from the disease,the rest 8 cases had marked improvement.更多还原
