脑胶质瘤患者白细胞介素6和血小板衍化生长因子的变化

【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素6(IL-6)和血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)在脑胶质瘤发病机理中的作用及临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验和生物活性法检测了27例脑胶质瘤患者手术前后脑脊液(CSF)中 IL-6和 PDGF 的含量,并与对照组比较。结果脑胶质瘤患者 CSF 中 IL-6、PDGF 含量[2.04±0.02μg/L,(191±21)×10~3U/L]均高于对照组[0.51±O.01μg/L,(41±9)×10~3U/L,P<0.01]。术后30天时,CSF 中 IL-6、PDGF 水平[0.92±0.34μg/L,(58±17)×10~3U/L]均明显低于术前水平,但没有达到对照组水平,而且复发组患者 IL-6、PDGF 水平[1.07±0.31μg/L,(69±17)×10~3U/L]要明显高于无复发组[0.53±0.14μg/L.(42±12)×10~3U/L]和对照组(P<0.01)。结论CSF 中 IL-6、PDGF 的异常分泌与脑胶质瘤发生发展有关;临床上动态检测脑胶质瘤患者 CSF 中 IL-6、PDGF 水平对判断手术疗效、估计预后、及早发现肿瘤复发均有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the roles of interleukin-6(IL-6)and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)in the pathogenesis of malignant glioma and their significance.Methods Enzyme-linked im- munosorbent assay and bioactivity assay were used to measure the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)levels of IL- 6 and PDGF in 27 patients with malignant glioma before and after operation.Results The CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF in patients with malignant glioma were significantly higher than that in the control subjects(P<0.01).On the thirtieth day after operation,the CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF were signif- icantly lower compared with that in the preoperative ones,but did not reach the control levels,and the CSF levels of IL-6 and PDGF were higher in patients with recurrence compared with that in patients without recurrence and controls(P<0.01).Conclusions The elevation of IL-6 and PDGF level is re- lated to the pathogenesis of malignant glioma;Determination of CSF level of IL-6 and PDGF is of great significance in assessing prognosis and monitoring early malignant glioma recurrence.
