高碘对小鼠肾脏形态和机能影响的实验研究

【摘要】 为了解高碘能否对甲状腺以外的组织造成损伤,用高碘水喂养小鼠,复制成高碘性甲状腺肿后,除观察甲状腺的组织形态变化外,还研究了高碘对肾脏的组织形态和机能的影响。结果发现,用3000μg/L的高碘水喂动物210天后,除形成了以甲状腺滤泡内胶质大量增生为特点的高碘性甲状腺肿外,肾脏的组织形态和机能都有明显的损伤,突出地表现为肾脏以新月体形成为主要表现的病理形态变化和微粒体膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性受抑制的代谢改变。对照组(适碘组)Na+-K+-ATP酶活性为21.95±7.50μmolPi/mgPr·h,而高碘组该酶活性为17.64±6.63μmolPi/mgPr·h,高碘组Na+-K+-ATP酶活性显著低于适碘组。提示,高碘对机体的损伤,不仅仅限于甲状腺组织,而可能是全身性的
【Abstract】 Tounderstandthatifexcessiveiodinecancausedamagetotissuesotherthanthyroidgland,micewerefedwithiodine-excesswaterandiodine-excessgoiterwascausedinthem.Hisito-morphologyandfunctionofthekidney,inadditiontothethyroidgland,ingoitermicewereob-served.Resultsshowedthattwohundreddaysafterbeingfedwith3000μgiodineperliterwater,inadditiontocausingiodine-excessgoitercharacterizedwithproliferationoflargeamountofcoloidinthyroidfolicles,morphologyandfunctionofthekidneysinmiceweresignificantlydamaged,withprominentpathomorphologicalchangesofcrescentformationandmetabolicinhibitioninmicrosomemembraneNa+-K+-ATPaseactivitiesintheirkidneys.Na+-K+-ATPaseactivitieswere21.95±7.50μmolPi/mgPr·hrinlowiodinegroup,and17.64±8.63μmolPi/mgPr·hrinexcessiveiodinegroup,withsignificantdifference.Itsuggeststhatexcessiveiodinecancausedamagenotonlytothy-roid,buttothewholebody.
