【摘要】 应用自然引物或“错配引物”介导的多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）／限制性酶切分析方法，在贵州省黔西县３３例葡糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ６ＰＤ）缺乏症患者及１例携带者中筛查中国人中的９种Ｇ６ＰＤ基因突变，发现Ｃ１突变９例、Ｃ２突变８例、Ｃ４突变１例、Ｃ６突变９例、Ｃ６突变携带者１例、Ｃ７突变１例、ＣＴ２突变２例、未定型３例。其中ＣＴ２突变为在大陆首次发现，并经ＰＣＲ直接测序进一步证实。３４例标本中有８例为少数民族，其中水族６例（１例Ｃ１突变和５例Ｃ２突变）、布依族１例（Ｃ６突变）和仡佬族１例（Ｃ６突变）。此结果对研究汉族和这三个少数民族的共同起源提供了科学资料更多还原

【Abstract】 Byusingnaturalprimersormis-matchedprimersmediatedpolymerasechainreaction(PCR)/restrictionanalysis,34casesofG6PDdeficientindividuals(includingonefemalecarrier)werescreenedforthe9mutationsknownamongChinese.NinecasesofC1,8ofC2,1ofC4,10ofC6(includ-ingthecarrier),1ofC7,and2ofCT2mutationsweredetected.Theremaining3casescouldnotbede-fined.Amongthesemutations,CT2wasdescribedforthefirsttimeinthemainlandofChina,andcon-firmedbyDNAsequencing.Amongthe34cases,8werenationalminorities.OnecaseofC1and5casesofC2mutationwerefoundinShuiminority.C6mutationwasdescribedinBuyiandGelaominorities(1caseeach).TheresultsindicatedthattheHanpeopleandthethreeminoritiesmightbeofacommonori-gin.更多还原
