【摘要】 凝血因子Ｖ基因突变１６９１（Ｇ→Ａ）有对抗凝血系统中的一种血浆活性蛋白Ｃ的促失活作用耐受性增强，从而使血栓形成的风险增大。我们检测了４６例深部静脉血栓患者的凝血因子Ｖ基因型，结果发现：其中７例系突变基因携带者，突变基因频率为０．０７６１；另检测５３例作正常对照组，仅发现１例系突变基因携带者，突变基因频率为０．００９４。携带突变基因１６９１Ａ对深部静脉血栓的相对危险性显著增大（Ｐ＜０．０５）。认为凝血因子Ｖ基因突变１６９１（Ｇ→Ａ）是静脉血栓的主要风险因子之一。更多还原
