光量子血氧疗法预防显微血管血栓形成的研究
EXPEPIMENTAL STUDY ON PREVENTKION OF MICROVASCULAR THROMBOSIS BY PHOTON- HEMOXYTHERAPY
【摘要】 目的:研究光量子血氧疗法的抗栓作用。方法:利用狗显微血管损伤和修复模型,采用的显微动、静脉外径为1.0~2.0mm,治疗组狗在显微血管损伤修复后当天和1天,输入经激光和紫外光辐照并充氧的自体血,对照组和治疗组均在第6天观察血栓形成率。结果:治疗组比对照组血栓形成率低,在动脉,血栓形成的不同有显著差异(P<0。05),在静脉,则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:实验结果提示光量子血氧疗法能够抑制显微血管损伤后的血栓形成。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the antithrombotic effect of photonhemoxytherapy。Meth-ods:A model of microvascular injury and repair was used in dogs. The diameters of arteries and veins were 1.0~2.0mm, In the treated groups the dogs were given transfusion of autologous blood treated by laser and ultraviolet irradiation and charged with oxygen on days 0,1 after the microvascular injury and repair.The rates of thrombosis were observed on day 6 in the treated and control groups. Results:The rates of thrombosis in the treated groups were less than the control groups。In the arteries the dif- ference of the rates was statistically significant(P<0.05).in the veins there is no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The study suggests that photonhemoxytherapy can inhibit the thrombos for- mation following microvascular trauma.
