【摘要】 为评价舒普深（Ｓｕｌｐｅｒａｚｏｎ）有效性及安全性，作者以舒普深为试验药，以头孢他啶为对照药，进行多中心随机对照试验。治疗外科细菌性感染６７例。试验组３５例，对照组３２例。两组有效率分别为８８．６％与９０．６％，细菌阴转率分别为８８．９％与８８．０％，细菌清除率分别为８６．２％与８８．５％。以上结果均经统计学处理无显著性差异。试验组不良反应发生率为２．９％，不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 RandomizedcontroledclinicalstudyofSulperazon(Sulbactam/Cefoperazon)wasmadeinthesurgicalfield.35casesweretreatedwithSulperazonand32caseswithCeftazidime.IntheSulpera-zongroup(35patients),theefectiveratewas88.6%ascomparedwith90.6%ofthepatientsintheCeftazidimegroup(32patients)(P>0.05).Thebacterialeradicationratewas86.2%intheSulperazongroupascomparedwith88.5%intheCeftazidimegroup.Nosignificantdiferencewasnotedinbothgroups.IntheSulperazongroup,sideefectswerenotobservedexceptnauseainonecase.更多还原
