【摘要】 十年以来作者共行多普勒超声颅外段颈动脉扫描１６０７例，其中１５２７例为陈旧性脑梗塞患者，２８５例已行颈动脉内膜剥离术，结果表明：接受手术治疗者中２８０例（９８．２５％）其颈动脉病变符合术前动脉扫描所见；动脉扫描阴性与阳性患者中各１０例随机行ＤＳＡ检查，二组结果完全相符。作者认为：多普勒超声动脉扫描在颈动脉外科的应用，具有操作简单、省时、费用低、无并发症、诊断可靠的优点，是值得推广的无创性动脉形态学及血液动力学检查方法。更多还原
