【摘要】 为给膈下脓肿的影象诊断和外科治疗提供形态学依据，作者利用２０具成人尸体腹部连续横断层标本，研究了膈下间隙的解剖。在横断面上，膈下间隙可分为肝周间隙和脾周间隙。小网膜上附着于膈、右附着于肝静脉韧带裂右端，并分此裂为前、后两部，前部向左与胃肝隐窝通连；后部为网膜囊上隐窝，内有肝尾状叶套入。胃裸区侵及胃底后面，居胃膈韧带两层之间，并隔开网膜囊上隐窝与脾隐窝，其与膈之间为左膈下腹膜后间隙。本文还详细探讨了膈下各间隙在连续横断面上的位置、周界及交通更多还原

【Abstract】 Thecross-sectionanatomyofthesubphrenicspaceswereinvestigatedin20Chineseca-davers.Onthehorizontalsections,thesubphrenicspacesconsistoftheperihepaticandperisplenicspaces.Thefissureforligamentumvenosumwasseparatedintotwopartsbythelesseromentum,theanteriorpartcommunicateswithgastrohepaticrecess,theposterioristhesuperiorrecessoftheomentalbursaintowhichthecaudatelobeoftheliverprojected.Thebareareaofthestomachencroachesupontheposteriorsurfaceofthegastricfundusbetweentherightandleftlayersofthegastrophrenicligamentandliesbetweenthesuperiorandsplenicrecessesoftheomentalbursa.Leftsubphrenicretroperitonealspaceisbetweenthebareareaofthestomachandthediaphragm.更多还原
