【摘要】 目的探讨抗血小板因素在大鼠ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎的作用。方法利用大鼠ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎模型，研究抗血小板因素抵克力得、中药灯盏花素及藏红花对此模型的干扰作用。结果实验组大鼠蛋白尿减轻，肾皮质前列腺素水平变化、病理损害程度较轻。结论抗血小板因素在ｃ－ＢＳＡ肾炎中有一定治疗作用更多还原
