【Abstract】 The aim of the present study is to assess the changes of glomerular endocapillary region in obstructive jaundice rats(n=60) by immunohistochemical and morphological observation. The findings included hypertrophy and hyperplasia of fundamental membrane with deposition of FN, LN and Ⅳ collagen, formation of thrombosis in capillary, swelling of glomerular and depressing of glomerular cyst, which resulted in disturbance of renal function.更多还原
