加热对G422胶质瘤程序性细胞死亡的影响
The effect of hyperthermia on program cell death of G422 glioma
【摘要】 应用DNA凝胶电冰、电镜观察和流式细胞仪分析,对加热诱导G422胶质瘤程序性细胞死亡的作用进行了研究。结果表明,对脑荷G422胶质瘤鼠加热处理,可以诱导胶质瘤程序性细胞死亡,并与加热的剂量(温度×时间)和加热后恢复的时间有关。45℃30分钟的加热剂量诱导作用最强,高峰时间在加热后2~12小时。文中对加热诱导胶质瘤程序性细胞死亡的意义作了讨论。
【Abstract】 Using DNA gel electrophoresis, electron microscopic examination and flow cytometric analysis,program cell death induced by hyperthermia in mouse G422 glioma in vivo was studied.The result showed hyperthermia could induce program cell death in mouse G422 glioma. Program cell death was related to heating dose(temperature×time)and recovery time from hyperthermia.There was strongest effect on program cell death at 45℃ for 30 minutes in mouse G422 glioma.peak induction was found from 2 to 6 hours following hyperthermia.The significance of the program cell death induced by hyperthermia in glioma was discussed.
