【摘要】 目的:探讨拇指多指畸形的临床分型及手术治疗。方法:通过主干指的确定,选择赘生指切除,保留副指组织修复主干指,重建拇短展肌止点,酌情截骨矫形等综合处理,重建主干指力线和骨轴线,改善主干指外形和功能。结果:1985年至今,共治疗76例84指,年龄3个月至34岁。术后随访4个月至9年,主干指外形改善好,能和小指对指,拇外展充分。结论:将畸形分为漂浮指、关节型、骨干型、骨干-关节型四个类型可充分包括各种畸形,依畸形情况作综合手术处理。婴儿4~7个月即可手术,可更好地改善外形和功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 <Abatract>Objective: To consider the classification and surgical treatment for polydactyly of the thumb. Methods: Plastic surgery was performed for correcting the adduction. lateral deviation and the other deformity of the thumb. The chief thumb was maintained and the tissues of the second-thumb was taken for repair. Results: Since 1985, 76 cases (84 thumbs) had been followed up from 4 months to 9 years after operation. The configuration and the function of the thumbs were satisfactory. Conclusions: New classification was suggested as follows: floating thumb type, joint type, bone type and bone-joint type. Thus could include the whole rang of polydactyly. The surgical treatment was chosen according to the classification. The operative age was within 4-7 months.更多还原
