【摘要】 对苍梧县Ｅｐｓｔｅｉｎ－Ｂａｒｒ（ＥＢ）病毒（ＩｇＡ／ＶＣＡ）抗体阳性的９３１人每年进行观察，连续１０年追踪发现他们中２９４人（３１．６％）抗体转阴，６６人（７．１％）抗体波动，１２０人（１２．９％）抗体下降，这些人中未出现鼻咽癌病人。在３７５（４０．３％）例抗体无明显改变者中出现６例病人，检出率为１．６％，在抗体上升的７６人（８，２％）中出现了１７例病人，检出率为２２．４％，抗体持续阳性特别是滴度升高者是鼻咽癌的高危险人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 nZangwucountyafollow-upstudy(onceinayear)on931EBvirusIgA/VCAantibodypositivecaseswerecarriedoutfor10years.Thedatashowedthattherewere294cases(33.6%)theserumantibodychangedintonegative66.cases(7.1%)theseeumantibodytiterfluctuated,120cases(12.9%)theserumantibodytiterdescended,andinallthesecasestherewasnoNPCpatientdiscovered.Butthedataalsoshowedthattherewere6casesdiagnosedasNPCin375cases(40.3%)whoseserumantibodytiterre-mainedunchangedand17casesdiagnosedas\NPCin76cases(8.2%)whoseserumantibodytiterrised.TheformerNPCdiagnosticratewas1.6%,andthelatterwas22,4%* SothepersonswhoseIgA/VCAantibodytoEBviruskeepuppositive,especiallythepersonswhoseantibodytiterkeepresingarethehighriskpopulationofNPC.更多还原
