【Abstract】 A quantitative test for serum HCV-DNA concentration was established.The known-concentrations of HBV DNA in a series of 2-fold dilutions were hybridized as standards in each run of dot-blot hybridization.Autoradio- graphic spots from these standards were transferred to density by scanning.The density of these spots has been demonstrated as a logistic function of HBV DNA concentration and the logistic curve,and thus is used as a standard curve for HBV DNA quantitation.更多还原
