【摘要】 1989年以来采用Ⅰ期手术方法治疗严重驼峰鼻6例。除矫正驼峰畸形外,同时对于肥大的鼻侧软骨、鼻翼软骨及中隔软骨进行全面整复,重塑鼻的形态,取得了满意效果。介绍了手术设计和操作要点,认为该方法可做为严重驼峰鼻的矫正方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 An improved operative method has been used to treat severe hump nose in 6 cases since 1989.During the one-stage operation,the shape of the nose was remodeled by correcting the hump defor- mity and trimming the large lateral cartilage,alar cartilage and septal cartilage.Five cases obtained satis- factory results.One case had second operation because of callus hyperplasia.The article describes the op- erative design and main points of the procedure.The advantages of the method are discussed.更多还原
