【Abstract】 The effects of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ on the proliferation of human fetal pancreas islets in tissue culture were studied.Our results showed that IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ could markedly promote the DNA synthesis of human fetal islet cells,replication of islet B cells,insulin biosyn- thesis and secretion of human fetal islet B cells.更多还原
