【摘要】 本文报告采用胚胎中脑黑质细胞脑内移植治疗6例晚期帕金森病,包括1例脑立体定向丘脑毁损后震颤复发者,经移植治疗后获得良好放果。本组病例书氏计分平均从21分降至11分。其中2例经术后3、9、14个月 CT、MRI 随访,脑内移植物体积增大,症状和体征明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Presented in this paper is treatment of 6 cases of late-stage Parkinson’s disease treated by transplantation of fetal substantial nigra.Our series included 1 patient with stereota thelamectomy.Satisfactory results were achieved in all patients.The Wehster’s scores were re- duced form 21 points to 11 points.The follow-up study 3,9,14 months after transplantation showed growth of intracranial grafts as confirmed by CT and MRI and improvement of symptoms and signs.更多还原
