【摘要】 将成人睾丸 Leydig 细胞分离、纯化、体外培养后,按每个受者给予2×10~7个 Ley-dig 细胞给9例男性性腺功能低下症患者行移植术,移植物注射至大腿内侧肌肉群内。结果发现,9例患者术后血睾酮水平均明显升高,其中6例达到正常人水平,9例患者均有不同程度的男性性功能改善,3例患者男性第二性征恢复。提示睾丸 Leydig 细胞移植是一种有效的治疗男性性腺功能低下症的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adult human leydig cells to the number of 2×10~7 cultured in vitro were collected and injected into the musculi vastus medialis in patients with hypogonadism due to various causes. No immunosuppressive agent was used in all cases after transplantation.Results showed that all patients had a significantly increased level of serum testosterone and improved male sexual poten- cy,and that 3 of them appeared to recover the secondary sexual characters.It is suggested that the transplantation of human leydig cells was a new,effective treatment for male hypogonadism.更多还原
