【摘要】 对２５例恶性肿瘤患者单独或配合化疗使用重组人白细胞介素－２（ｒＩＬ－２）的疗效进行临床观察。２５例中男性１５例，女性１０例。平均年龄５３．１岁。肺癌７例，乳腺癌５例，结肠癌４例，直肠癌３例，肝癌、胃癌各２例，肾癌、神经纤维肉瘤各１例，分别采用全身静脉、瘤内注射、体腔内注射、介入动脉灌注等途径给药。观察结果：完全缓解２例，部分缓解６例，稳定２０例，总有效率为２８．６％。表明ｒＩＬ－２对改善恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量有一定帮助与化疗配合能提高疗效，且毒副反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Twenty-five patients with various type of malignancies were entered into this phase Ⅱ clinical therapeutic observation.These patients received systemic administration rIL-2 alone or combined with chemotherapy. Administration route consists of intravenous injection,intratumor injection, intrapleural or intraperitoneal instillation and arterial perfusion. Complete remission was observed in 2 cases,partial remission in 6. Total effective rate (CR +PR) was 28. 6%. The treatment with rIL-2 in cancer patients has no significant toxic and side effects. Besides the antitumor effects of rIL-2,improvement of quality of life was observed in all patients.更多还原
