【Abstract】 Antispasmodic and anticholinergic drug oxybutynin hydrochloride was prepared through ester exchange and salt formation in 64% yield. 4- (Dietylamino)-2-butynyl acetate was synthesized from propargyl alcohol in 72% yield,and methyl α-phenyl-α-cyclohexylglycolate was synthesized from mandelic acid in 25% yield.更多还原
