【Abstract】 The SOD liposomes were prepared by freeze-thaw method. The lipids were mixed with SOD solution and frozen at -196℃ in liquid nitrogen and left to thaw at 35℃. The thawed milky solution was sonicated and centrifuged, and the SOD liposomes were obtained. The encapsulation efficiency of this process is about 30%. The method is simple and is superior to others for avoiding organic solvent inactivation to biological substance.It can be used to encapsulate most biological molecules and be easily scaled-up.更多还原
