【Abstract】 By doublet discrimination module (DDM), area and width of fluorscence parameters in mousethymus cells were measured without influence of doublets and cell aggregates. The doublets and cellaggregates did seriously influence the measurement of G0/G1 and M2 + G2 phase in fixed cells on solid tissue cells easily to produce doublets of DNA DDM could remove influence of doublets in DNA measurement.更多还原
