正交导联记录体表心室碎裂电位原理研究
Recording of Body Surface Ventricular Fracture Potential with Perpendicular Lead System
【摘要】 为使晚电位、高频心电等心室碎裂电位(VFP)记录方法标准化,应用变化矢量在三维直角坐标系的投影几何学原理,分别用标准12导联、正交导联以及改良Frank正交导联记录32例心肌炎患者的VFP,分析相互垂直或近似垂直的导联上VFP的形态、数量关系,从而提出用正交或改良Frank正交导联记录VFP较其他导联系统更科学、合理、简便。
【Abstract】 To standardize the recording of body surface ventricular fracture potential such as ventricular late potential (VLF) and high frequence ECG, the principle of projective geometry was applied in the study. VFP in 32 cases of myoearditis was recorded respectively with standard 12 lead, perpendicular lead and reformed Frank perpendicular lead system. The relationship between shape and quantity of VFP in mutual perpendicular or approximate perpendicular leads was analysed. It showed that perpendicular or reformed Frank perpendicular lead system was superior over others.
