【摘要】 测定大同市三所医院提供的50例肺心病感染患者嗜肺军团菌(Lp)1～14血清型抗体,其中抗体阳性19例,占38%,提示感染阳性者9例,占18%。研究表明,肺心病感染部分由Lp所致,而Lp感染与肺心病病情有关。该项研究还为肺心病感染的临床治疗提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 By MAT, the serum antibodies to Lp1-Lp14 were measured in fifty patients with infection of eorpulmonale admitted in three hospitals in Datong. The antibody positive rate was 38% and the infection rate was 18%. The result indicated that some of the patients with corpulmonle infection were caused by Lp. and the seriousness of Corpulmonle was related to the infection of Lp. An alternative method for the therapy of the infection of corpulmonle was offered.更多还原
