【摘要】 1989年8月～1992年10月,采取经皮穿刺球囊血管成形术(BA)治疗Budd-Chiari综合征(布—加综合征)74例,BA82次.近期治愈率94.59%,随访3～36月(平均15.2月),94.14%无复发.BA用于治疗布—加征创伤小,安全简便,可反复进行,花费少.作者较全面地介绍了BA的适应症和注意事项,详细描述了BA的具体方法和出现的问题.对二维超声在诊治和BA后随访中的作用,给予较高的评价.本组32例未经X线造影,直接在超声引导下施行BA,这是二维超声在介入性治疗方面的新进展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventy-four patients with Budd-Chiarivsyndro-me were treated by percutaneous balloon angiopla sty (BA) from August 1989 through October 1992 in our hospital.The results showed that the recentcure rate was 94.54 percent. The recurrence rate was 2.86 percent in following up 3 to 36 months.We think that BA has many advntages in treating Budd-Chair syndrome,such as less invasive and painful,more easy to operate and safe,less sxpensive,repeatedly performed and so on.Thirty -two cases were performed with BA under B-us.This is the latest admance of B-us in treatment intervening. The new diagnostic characters of Budd -Chiari syndrome based on history,sign and examination were also analyzed,the indication and precaution of BA totally introduced ,and the role of B-us in diagnosis,treatment and following up after BA described in detail in the paper.更多还原
