【摘要】 本研究的目的是探讨白细胞介素１（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－１，ＩＬ－１）调节成骨细胞功能的作用。利用图象分析技术，原位定量分析了ＩＬ１调节体外培养成骨细胞碱性磷酸酶活性的作用，发现ＩＬ１抑制后者的活性，减少碱性磷酸酶阳性细胞的数量。综合利用定量免疫组织化学与放射免疫分析技术，研究了ＩＬ１调节成骨细胞骨钙素合成分泌的作用。结果表明，ＩＬ１刺激成骨细胞分泌骨钙素，其作用使胞浆内骨钙素含量减少，培养液中骨钙素含量增加。本研究结果提示，ＩＬ１参与调节成骨细胞功能，抑制其形成钙化骨基质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Byuseofquantitativehistochemistry,efectsofinterleukin1(IL1)onthediferenti-ationofosteoblastsderivedfromneonatalrabbitcalvariawerestudied.TheresultsshowedthatIL1inhibitsthealkalinephosphataseactivityintheculturedosteoblasts.Also,bothquantitativeim-munohistochemistrystudyandradioimmunoassaystudyshowedthatIL1hastheabilitytostimulateosteocalcinproductionandsecretionintheculturedosteoblasts.OurresultssuggestthatIL1playsaroleintheregulationofosteoblasticdifferentiation,andintheendinhibitsthecalcificationofbonematrix.更多还原
