【摘要】 建立了新生小鼠颅盖骨器官培养方法，采用原子吸收分光光度技术测量培养上清液的钙含量，计算实验组／对照组的比值作为骨吸收指数。同时利用放射免疫分析方法测定上清液骨钙素含量，结合形态学观察，综合评价了培养颅盖骨的吸收活性，使颅盖骨吸收活性的检测更为准确可靠。更多还原
