【摘要】 本文通过动物实验及临床研究证明阿莫西林（Ａ）除具有杀灭幽门螺杆菌作用外，尚具有粘膜保护作用。（１）动物实验：采用皮下注射盐酸半胱胺制成大鼠十二指肠溃疡模型。预先灌服Ａ的大鼠防止了溃疡的产生。（２）临床研究：６０例活动期十二指肠溃疡住院患者按双盲法随机给予Ａ１．５ｇ／ｄ或等量安慰剂（Ｐ）治疗１个月。治疗前、治疗后、停药１个月、１年及症状复发时行胃镜检查。结果显示Ａ缓解溃疡症状明显优于Ｐ；４周溃疡愈合率（８６．７％）明显高于Ｐ（５０％）；溃疡１年复发率也低于Ｐ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gastric mucosal protective effect of amoxycillin was demonstrated in both animal and clinical studies.(1)Experimental study: The duodenal ulcer(DU)in rats was induced by inecting cysteamine-HCs.c..Pretreatment with amoxycillin could prevent cysteamine-induced duodenal ulceration.(2)Clinical study: 60 inpatients with endoscopically proved active DU were double-blindly given either amoxycillin(O.5 tid)or placebo for l month.Gastroscopy was performed before and after treatment,1 month,and l year after cessation of therapy or when symptoms recurred.The results showed:amoxycillin had a superior effect to placebo in relieving ulcer symptoms;ulcer healing rate of amoxycillin at the end of 4 weeks was 86.7%which was much higherthan that of placebo(50%);ulcer relapse rate of amoxycillin l year after cessation of therapy was lower than that of placebo.更多还原
