【摘要】 作者报道了３６例髋臼骨折，通过对１２例手术治疗和２４例牵引治疗的临床体会，认为在患者身体条件允许的情况下，处理髋臼骨折应象其他关节内骨折一样，应早期手术治疗，尽可能地使骨折移位达到或接近解剖复位，至少要使骨折移位小于３ｍｍ。作者采用两枚螺钉作为复位支点进行复位的方法，取得满意效果。本组３６例全部得到随访，总的满意率为８１．６％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirtysixcasesofacetabulumfracturewerereported.12casesweretreatedwithsurgeryand24caseswithskeletaltraction.Clinicalanalysisofthecasesrevealedthat,whenthepatient’sconditionwasgood,operativetreatmentwasabeteroption,sothatthefracturecouldbetreat-edattheearlystagetoachievenearlyanatomicalreduction;asanintra-articularfracture,thedisplace-mentafterreductionshouldnotbealowedformorethan3mm.Theauthorsalsodescribedthemethodofreductionusingtwoscrewsassupportgivingsatisfactoryresults.Althe36caseswerefolowed-upandtheoveralsatisfactoryresultswereseenin81.6%.更多还原
