【摘要】 为了从神经心理和神经内分泌角度来探讨Ｔｏｗｅｔｅ综合征（ＴＳ）的发病机制，采用中国修订的韦氏儿童智力量表（ＷＩＳＣ－ＣＲ）、韦氏儿童记忆量表（ＷＭＳＣ－ＣＲ）、儿童用艾森克个性问卷和Ａｃｈｅｎｂａｃｈ儿童行为量表（ＡＣＢＣ），对３９例（未用药组２２例，用药组１７例）７～１４岁ＴＳ患儿的神经心理进行了测试。同时采用放射免疫方法测定其血浆催乳素（ＰＲＬ）含量，并与１８例正常对照组比较。结果表明，ＴＳ患儿译码、背数和视觉再生分测验量表分以及掩饰性量表Ｔ分明显降低，神经质和精神质量表Ｔ分以及ＡＣＢＣ总分明显升高。ＴＳ患儿血浆ＰＲＬ含量升高。用药组的记忆商、理解记忆和累加分测验量表分显著低于未用药组，而血浆ＰＲＬ含量显著高于未用药组。相关分析表明，ＴＳ患儿背数能力差和血浆ＰＲＬ含量高与其行为问题有关，而行为问题和掩饰能力差与其精神质特征有关。提示ＴＳ患儿存在着不同程度的神经心理缺陷，ＰＲＬ可能参与其发病过程，氟哌啶醇和泰必利等药物对其记忆功能有一定的影响，此为ＴＳ的防治提供了一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-ninechildrenaged7～14yearswithTourete′ssyndrome(TS)weredividedintotwogroups,withorwithoutmedicaltreatment.TheirneuropsychologicalstatuswastestedbymeansofWechslerInteligenceScaleforChildren-ChineseRevised(WISC-CR),WechslerMemoryScaleforChildren-ChineseRevised(WMSC-CR),EysenckPersonalityQuestionnaire(EPQ)andAchenbachChildBehaviorChecklist(ACBC).Ascomparedwith18healthychildren,scalescoresofcoding,digitspanandvisualreproductionsubtest,andTscoresofliescaleinTSgroupweresignifi-cantlylowerthanthoseincontrolgroupTscoresofneuroticismandpsychoticismscales,andtotalscoresofACBCinTSgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseincontrolgroup.PlasmaprolactinlevelsinTSgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroup.Memoryquotient,andscalescoresofaccumulationnumberandcomprehensionmemorysubtestinTSgroupwithmedicaltreat-mentweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinTSgroupwithoutmedicaltreatment.Plasmaprolactinlevelsweresignificantlyhigherintheformerthaninthelater.ThecorelationanalysisshowedthatweakdigitspanabilityandhighplasmaprolactinlevelsofTSwererelatedtobehaviorproblems.Be-haviorproblemsandweaklieabilityofTSwererelatedtopsychoticism.TheresultsofourstudysuggestedthatchildrenwithTShadneuropsychologicaldeficittovaryingdegreesandprolactinmightparticipateinthepathogenesisofTS.HaloperidolandTiapidemighthaveaninfluenceonthememo-ryfunctionofpatientswithTS.更多还原
