【摘要】 采用人精子染色体离体测试系统，研究超声波对人精子单倍染色体的影响。受精前分别受黑白超声波照射１０分、３０分、６０分和彩色多普勒照射１０分、３０分、６０分的精子与正常组精子染色体核型比较，各组间结构畸变精子率、结构畸变率、断裂均数和性别比等参数差异不显著（Ｐ值＞０．０５），各组结构畸变主要为无着丝粒断片和染色体断裂，未发现稳定畸变。在空间峰值时间平均强度（Ⅰ－ＳＰＴＡ）相差１５倍（３６９ｍｗ／ｃｍ２∶２４ｍｗ／ｃｍ２）的情况下染色体畸变率无明显升高，提示Ⅰ－ＳＰＴＡ＜３６９ｍｗ／ｃｍ２的超声波对人精子是安全的更多还原

【Abstract】 Theefectsofultrasoundonthechromosomesinhumanspermwerestudiedinvitrobytestsystemofhumanspermchromosome.ThespermsbeforefertilizationwereirradiatedbyblackandwhiteorcolorDopplerultrasoundfor10,30,60minutesrespectively.Thediferencesinincidencesofstructuralchromosomeaberrations,frequencyofstructuralabnormalities,meanchromosomebreak-ageandsexratiosinalirradiatedandnon-irradiatedgroupswerenotsignificant(P>0.05).Themainstructuralabnormalitiesinalgroupswereappearanceofacentricfregmentsandchromosomebreakage,noconstantrejoinedlesionwasfound.Whenthespatialpeaktimeaverageintensity(Ⅰ-SPTA)changedfrom24mw/cm2to369mw/cm2,thefrequencyofchromosomeabnormalitiesdidnotincrease.ItissuggestedthatthediagnosticultrasoundwithⅠ-SPTA<369mw/cm2maybeharmlesstothehumansperm.更多还原
