【摘要】 原发性肝肉瘤临床少见，从本文经手术及病理证实的５例发现，临床及影像学检查都难鉴别。而且，不同组织学类型的原发性肝肉瘤其声像图表现，彩色多普勒检查，ＣＴ、血管造影结果也均不一致。超声检查发现肝内囊实性肿块在鉴别诊断中要考虑到间皮肉瘤，纤维肉瘤及平滑肌肉瘤等，实质性肿块要考虑到星形细胞肉瘤等。彩色多普勒检查在鉴别诊断中的价值仍需不断积累经验更多还原

【Abstract】 PrimarySarcomaoftheliverisrarelySeldomseenclinicaly5casesofhepaticsarcomaconfirmedbyoperationandpathologywerereported.Thediseasewasdificulttodiagnoseclinicalyandbyimagingtechnology.Diferenthistologictypesoftheprimaryhepaticsarcomahaddiferentappear-ancesinultrasonograph,CDFI,CTandangiography.Inpresenceofintrahepaticcysticandsolidmassdetectedbyultrasoundthedefereatialdiagnosisofmesothelialcelsarcoma,fibrosarcomaandleimyosarcomaetc.shouldbeconsidered,solidmassshouldbesuspectedaskupfercelsarcoma.Ap-plicationofcolorDopplerultrasoundinthedifferentialdiagnosisofprimaryhepaticsarcomaandprimaryhepaticcarcinomanecessitatefurtherinvestigation.更多还原
