核电厂热交换器传热管流致振动试验研究

【摘要】 <正> 采用计算和试验相结合的方法,通过试验和计算结果的对比,验证了计算程序的可靠性和适用范围,从而对传热管的流致振动作出评价,以便将程序应用于核电厂核安全级热交换器的设计计算。试验中测量了不同进口流速下的壳侧流速和传热管振动,试验结果表明,TASC和PIPO1程序计算结果总的来说是有一定安全裕度的,但在设计中应注意局部
【Abstract】 A method of comparing the results of calculation with test is used to verify the reliability and adequacy of the program in order to evaluate the flow-induced vibration of heat-exchanger tubes, so the program can be applied to design of safety related heat-exchanger in NPP. The shell side flow velocity and tube vibration are measured. The results of measurement show that there is a margin of safety in general for the results of calculated by program TASC and PIPO 1, but it should be noted that the flow velocities may be higher at a few points of the shell side.
