ICP-AES法直接测定锆锡合金中的杂质元素

【摘要】 <正> 采用锆基体、次要成分匹配法,用HCl和HF溶解试样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法直接测定锆锡合金中Mn,Mo,Ba,Mg,Cu,Co,Ca,V,Al,Ti,Pb,Ni,Hf等杂质元素。对试样溶液酸度、锆基体及其共存元素的影响进行了研讨。当锆锡合金样的溶液浓度为10mg·ml-1时,其检测下限在1.3~33/μg·g-1之间,回收率在92%~

【Abstract】 Samples of Zircaloy were dissolved in HC1 with dropwise addition of HF. The cooled solution was diluted with H2O, and Mn, Mo, Ba, Mg,Cu, Co, Ca, V, Al, Ti, Pb, Ni and Hf were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) with matrix-minor components matching. Interference of coexisted elements and effect of matrix and acidity in the sample solution were discussed. For the sample solution containing 10 mg.ml-1 of Zircaloy, the detection limits ranged from 1.3 to 33 ug. g-1 of Co and Pb respectively. The rate of recovery is ranging from 92% to 124%, the relative standard deviation is within 7%.
