【摘要】 本文报道应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶-3治疗周围血管疾病100例的临床疗效分析及临床体会。本组男63例,女37例,年龄14~82岁,平均47.6岁。其中下肢深静脉血栓52例,肢体动脉硬化闭塞症34例,四肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎7例,大动脉炎7例。作者主张大剂量冲击治疗,以每天静脉点滴3.0~6.0U,21~30天为一疗程。治疗总有效率为91.0%。更多还原

【Abstract】 100 patients with peripheral vascular diseases were treated using Snake venom an-tithrombuctic enzyme-Ⅲ (SVATE-3). There were 63 mals and 37 femals with a mean age of 47. 6(14-82) years old. 52 of them had deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities; 34 cases had peripheral arterial occlusive disease; 7 cases had Buerger disease; 7 cases had Takayasu disease. The present study suggested that intensive treatment using large dosage of SVATE-3 was more useful. Total effective rate was 91. 0%.更多还原
