【摘要】 用通里攻下法治疗295例多脏器功能不全综合征(MODS)患者,观察结果表明,MODS患者中80%以上为里实热证,其病死率随脏器衰竭数量增加而呈上升趋势,通里攻下治疗组较对照组发生脏器衰竭数量明显降低,外周循环、心功能、消化道、肝功能及代谢、肾脏,凝血机能等功能不全治愈率均较单纯支持疗法为高(P＜0.05),且通里攻下治疗组较对照组的病死率明显降低(P＜0.05),经通里攻下治疗后,患者外周血内毒素水平较对照组明显下降(P＜0.01),表明通里攻下法可保护组织脏器,降低肠源性内毒素血症发生率,具有提高MODS患者治愈率、降低病死率的显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 295 cases of multiple organ disfunction syndrom(MODS) patients were treated with thd method of TongLi Gongxia herbs. The number of organ failure compared with control group decreased significantly (P<0. 05). The Level of peripheral circulatory endotoxin decreased (P<0. 01). The Hanxia herbs could withdraw the serum biilirubin, SGOT, glucose, peripheral WBS and body temperature (P<0. 05). The investigation showed that this therapeutic herbs could protect the tissues and organs from injury, decrease the numbers of organ failure, inhibit the intestinal endotoxin translocation and trapping in tissues, and decrease the mortality of MODS patients.更多还原
