【摘要】 抗ＣＤ３单抗和ｒＩＬ－２共刺激法诱生扩增的ＣＤ３ＡＫ与用等量ｒＩＬ－２诱生扩增的ＬＡＫ间有明显差异：１）扩增倍数和细胞毒活性强度及其动态学不同：在诱生初期，ＣＤ３ＡＫ细胞数下降，细胞扩增倍数低于ＬＡＫ（０．８３对１．７，Ｐ＜０．０１）；对Ｋ５６２的细胞毒活性低于ＬＡＫ（３８％对４３．９％，Ｐ＞０．０５），诱生８天后ＣＤ３ＡＫ的扩增倍数和细胞毒活性都上升并超过ＬＡＫ（５．１３对１．４，Ｐ＜０．０１；４９．４％对２６％，Ｐ＜０．０５）。２）细胞表型不同：ＣＤ３ＡＫ中Ｔ细胞较多，ＬＡＫ细胞中ＮＫ表型细胞百分率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were marked differences between CD3AK cells induced by combined anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody and recombinant IL-2(rIL-2) and LAK cells induced by same dose of rIL-2 alone :1)Differences were observed in multiplication of cell number,cytotoxicity and their kinetics.In the early phase of culture me number of CD3AK cells tended to decrdase,the fold of multiplication of cell number was lower than that of LAK(0. 83 vs 1. 7,P<0. 01).The cytotoxicity of CD3AK against K562 was lower than that of LAK cells(38% vs 43. 9%,P>0.05).Later both the fold of multiplication of cell number of CD3AK cells and the cytotoxicity of CD3AK cells were increased than that of LAK cells(5.13 vs 1.4,P<0.01,49.4% vs 26%,P<0.05.respectively). 2)Differences were found in phenotypes.The percentage of T lymphocytes phenotype in CD3AK cells were more than that of LAK cells wheras the percentage of CD56+ lymphocytes in CD3AK cells were lower as compared with LAK cells.更多还原
