【摘要】 １９９１年１０月至１９９３年１２月在食管癌切除中常规施行胸导管结扎，术后乳糜胸发生率０．８１％（５／６１６），与作者前期食管癌术后乳糜胸发生率０．８０％（１９／２３７９）比较无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明，常规胸导管结扎不能减少乳糜胸的发生率。作者认为：食管癌术中不宜常规行胸导管结扎。并提出食管癌术中预防性胸导管结扎指征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Routing ligation of thoracic duct was performed during resection of esophageal carcinoma in our hospital from Octomber 1991 to 1993.Postoperative chylothorax occurred in 0. 81%(5/616)of case,and it was 0. 80%(19/2379)before 1991 where no difference was present(P>0. 05).Routine ligation of thoracic duct during resection of esophageal carcinoma didn’t decrease the morbidity of chylothorax.更多还原
