【摘要】 将急性心肌缺血雄性家兔３０只随机分为模型、针刺天池和针刺非腧穴３个组进行观察。用５－核苷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶、ＰＮＡ和ＣＡ荧光等组化方法，分别显示肾上腺皮质和髓质，并用图象分析仪定量比较，观察肾上腺皮质和髓质在心包经与心脏相关联系中的作用。实验结果表明，针刺天池穴可减少ＣＡ分泌，阻止ＣＡ耗竭、并可增加５－核苷酸酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶和ＲＮＡ的反应量，有增强皮质细胞功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty male rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia were randomly assigned to 3 groups, model group,Tianchi-acupuncture group and nonpoint-acupuncture group. 5-nucleotidase, succinate dehydrogenase, RNA and catecholamines (CA) fluorescence in the adrenal cortex and medullar were developed with histochemical methods and compared quantitatively with an image pattern analyzer. Results showed that acupuncture of Tianchi point (PC 1) reduced secretion of CA, prevented exhaustion of CA, increased reactivity of 5-nucleotidase, succinate dehydrogenase and RNA,strengthened functions of adrenocortical cells.更多还原
