实时专家系统在造纸灰份过程控制中的应用

【摘要】 将实时专家系统应用于造纸机的灰份控制中,针对专家控制系统的实时性问题提出了渐近推理的方法,采用相平面区分的策略,保证系统在给定的时间内得到可接受的控制结果,并且通过知识的分层使直接的控制和间接的监控很好地结合起来。根据该方法构造的实时专家控制系统显示了良好的仿真结果。

【Abstract】 One of the most important specification of paper quality and economical effectivety is ash content.A real-time expert control system is applied to control the ash content of the papermachine.This paper describes an approach of progressive reasoning to deal with the real-time problem of the expert control system.By applying the phase plane strategy, the system provides acceptable control results in a given period of time.It also combines the direct expert control and the indirect supervisory control through a hierarchical knowledge base.A direct prototype of the real-time expert control system has been developed with satisfactory simulation results obtained.
