落叶松制浆性能改善及其得率提高潜在途径的研究──第一部分 硫酸盐蒸煮脱木素动力学
Improvements in Pulping Properties of Larch and Increase in Pulp Yield-part 1 Delignification Kinetics in Larch Kraft Pulping
【摘要】 详细研究了落叶松硫酸盐蒸煮脱木素各阶段的反应动力学特征,建立了相应的动力学模型。
【Abstract】 The kinetics of delignification was studied for larch kraft pulping, with kinetic models presented. The delignification of larch in kraft process could be divided into three kinetically distinguishing phases:initial delignification phase, bulk delignification phase and residual delignification phase. Temperature happened to be the most important factor affecting the delignification rate, The delignification rates of the three phases could be approximated by a pseudo-first order reaction. Reaction energies of the initial, bulk and residual phases were found to be 62. 4, 126 and 135 kJ/mol respectively. Alkali concentration responded also in a pseudo nature of 0, 0.65 and 1.13 order during the initial, bulk and residual phases respectively. Alkali concentration reacted positively on the degree of total delignification. Sulfide concentration reaction was also psuedo in nature of 0, 0.31 and 0 order during the initial, bulk and residual phases respectively.
