口腔溃疡涂膜中醋酸地塞米松、盐酸地卡因的薄层鉴别
Identificatton of dexainetbasoneacetate and dicainekydrockloride in stomatocace paint by TLC
【摘要】 本文采用薄层色谱法对口腔溃疡涂膜中醋酸地塞米松和盐酸地卡因进行鉴别。点样后的硅胶ＳＧＦ２５４薄层析，经环己烷：乙醚：二乙胺（３：０：１）混合溶液上行展开后，于２５４ｎｍ紫外灯下检视，不需显色即得结果。方法简便快速，准确灵敏。
【Abstract】 method for the TLC identification of dexamethasone acetate and dicaine hydrochloride in stomatocace paintby a UV lamp was established. The spotted silica gel GF254 was developed with a solvent system of hexane-ether-diethy amine (3: 6: 1) .
