【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:The contents of the two new saponins(ardipusilloside Ⅰ and ardipusilloside Ⅱ) of Ardisia pusilla A.DC at different growing periods were determined for their optimum time of harvesting.METHOD:The contents were determined by TLC scanning.RESULTS:The two new saponins in Ardisia pusilla rose progressively from May to August and the month of August produced the highest content.CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.更多还原
