【摘要】 目的：建立一种分离和测定硬胶囊中的混合色素的方法，评论药品中的色素滥用现象。方法：用甲醇－０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸铵为流动相，以ＨＰＬＣ梯度法分离硬胶囊中的５种混合色素，外标法定量。样品用赛璐玢膜透析处理，透析液直接进样。结果：５种色素具有良好的线性行为，相关系数分别为：０．９９８９，０．９９８９，０．９９９５，０．９９８９，０．９９９０。加样回收率在９５．５９％～１０１．７５％之间。日内差异小于２．８０％，日间差异小于３．２２％。色素用量因厂家不同而异。结论：该法可行。建议有关部门对药品中色素的使用和检测宜作统一规定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Tofindamethodofseparatinganddeterminingthemixedsyntheticfoodcolorsinhardcapsulesandtoevaluatetheappearanceofsyntheticfoodcolorsabusedindrugs.METHOD:Thesolutionofmethanol-ammoninumacetate(0.02mol/L)wasusedasanalyticalmobilephase.Thesamplewasdialyzedwithsemipermeablemembraneandthedialysatewasanalysedimmediately.RESULTS:Linearresponse(r=0.9989,0.9989,0.9995,0.9989,0.9990)wasobserved.Therecoveryratewas95.59%～101.75%.TheRSDwithinadaywaslessthan2.80%andbetweendayswaslessthan3.22%.Theamountsofsyntheticfoodcolorsinhardcapsulesvariedfromfactorytofactory.CONCLUSION:Themethodsuggeststhatdepartmentconcenedslaydowntheunifiedstandardsforusingandexaminingsyntheticfoodcolorsinthedrugs.更多还原
