【摘要】 目的：研究盐酸雷尼替丁－β－环糊精包合物的制备方法。方法：采用饱和溶液法制备盐酸雷尼替丁－β－环糊精包合物，并用红外光谱、Ｘ－射线衍射进行鉴定。结果：盐酸雷尼替丁－β－环糊精包合物主、客分子比为２∶１，平均包药量为１２．４１％±０．１５％，平均收率７５．８％±３．８％。结论：盐酸雷尼替丁－β－环糊精包合物可掩盖其不良嗅味。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Tostudythepreparationmethodoftheinclusioncompoundofranitidine-β-cyclodex-trin(CD).METHOD:Theinclusioncompoundofranitidine-β-CDwaspreparedbysaturatedsolutionmethod,anditwasprovedbystructureexaminationofinfraredspectraandX-raydifraction.RESULTS:Themolecularrateofranitidinetoβ-CDintheinclusioncompoundwas1∶2,itsaveragedrugcontentwas12.41%±0.15%,anditsav-eragerateofrecoverywas75.8%±3.8%.CONCLUSION:Theinclusioncompoundofranitidine-β-CDcanmaskthebadsmelofranitidine.更多还原
