【摘要】 目的：对肉苁蓉生品及不同炮制品中麦角甾苷的含量进行比较研究。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定麦角甾苷含量，使用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８色谱柱，甲醇－１０ｍｌ／Ｌ乙酸（３５６５）为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长为３３２ｎｍ，麦角甾苷在０．１～０．８μｇ范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（回归方程Ｙ＝２９９４９２Ｘ＋１１６５，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为９８．８３％，ＲＳＤ为１．６８％）。结果：生品含量高于炮制品，为０．３３７８％，高压酒炖品含量最低，为０．０５９６％，炮制品中炮制的温度越高，时间愈长，含量愈低。结论：以助阳活性成分麦角甾苷为考察指标时，肉苁蓉药材不宜高温、高压长时间炮制。本法操作简便，结果准确，可作为评价肉苁蓉质量的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:TostudytheacteosidecontentofcrudeanddiferentlyprocessedCistanchedeserticola.METHOD:AHPLCwasappliedforthequantitativedeterminationofacteoside.ThechromatographycolumwasYWG-C18,themobilephaseandthedetectorwavelengthwasthemethanol-10ml/LHAc(3565)and332nmre-spectively.Therewasagoodlinearrelationbetweentheacteosidecontentandthepeakareawithintherangefrom0.1to0.8μg(Y=299492X+1165,r=0.9999).Theaveragerecoverywas98.83%,andRSDwas1.68%.RE-SULTS:Acteosidecontentofcrudeslicewasmorethanthatoftheprocessedone.Theacteosidecontentinhighpressurewine-stewedslicewasthelowestone(0.0596%).Thehighertheprocessedtemperatureandthelongertheprocessedperiod,andthelessthecontentofacteoside.CONCLUSION:Iftheacteosidecontentisconsideredasacriterionofevaluation,itisnotsuitableforcistanchedeserticolatoprocessunderhightemperatureandhighpres-sureandforalongperiod.ThismethodissimpleandaccurateandcanbeusedtoevaluatethequalityofCistanchedeserticola.更多还原
