【摘要】 目的：比较鉴别金钱白花蛇与水赤链游蛇。方法：对金钱白花蛇与其混淆品水赤链游蛇的头部鳞片、横环带、尾下鳞，采用薄层层析、纸层析、紫外吸收光谱等方法进行了鉴别研究。结果：金钱白花蛇与水赤链游蛇的外观性状、薄层层析和纸层析有明显差异，紫外吸收光谱差异不大。结论：水赤链游蛇不能混充金钱白花蛇入药，应予以鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 To compare and identify Bungarus multicinctus and Natrix annularis.METHOD:Identifying and studying the Bungarus multicinctus from its pseudo article Natrix annularis by means of their head scales,stripes,the scales under their tails,thin layer chromatography,paper chromatography,and extraviolet absorption spectrum.RESULTS:There were significant differences between their shapes and properties,thin layer chromatography,paper chromatography,between Bungarus multicinctus and Natrix annulais,and little differences between their extraviolet absorption spectrum, CONCLUSION:Natrix annularis can’t be passed off as Bungarus multicinctus and be used as medicine.更多还原
