【Abstract】 Drug hydroxylation phenotyping tests combined with conventional monitoring of drug plasma levels(TDM) can be applied systematically to optimize management of patients with extreme rates of drug hydroxylation and drugs with potentially toxic effects,or drugs with steep concentration-effect curves,or drugs whose therapeutic and toxic effects are difficult to evaluate solely on clinical grounds.This approach may also save drugs from being withdrawn from the matket due to inappropriate utilization or undesired effects.更多还原
